Everything you need to know about how and when your PureNerve Care order arrives.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are typically packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our Denver fulfillment center.

Delivery estimates are counted from the ship date, not the order date, and reflect business days only.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50, applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with USPS and UPS, selecting the best option for your address. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you the moment your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, plus APO/FPO military addresses and US territories. We do not yet ship internationally — join our newsletter to hear when that changes.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@purenervecare.site with your order number. We will replace or refund a lost or damaged order at no cost to you.
